Shaving and grooming set no longer charges

I really liked this shaver. That battery life lasted a while. I loaded once. When I had to charge the second time, it didn't hold a charge. I left it for a few hours and then all day and nothing. Really disappointed. Thought it would last a lot longer than a few months.
