These leg warmers are very good and a great length. The only problem, and the reason I didn't give comfort 5 stars, is because the elastic in the thigh is like a thin rubber band and digs into the thigh. It was easily fixed with a crochet hook to pull it through the weave and make it visible enough to snip. Now, even though they don't stay up, they are comfortable and are long enough to keep the calf warm under a skirt in this frigd weather. If worn over slacks or leggings they would probably stay up much better than on bare legs. I definitely recommend them and gave two pair to my daughter, 65, who also wears skirts, to wear with the tip of how to fix them. I will be buying more in different colors!
