This case is very pretty and my daughter loves it. Then again, I don't think it was the best buy. She got it for Christmas and has only used it once and it is already showing signs of wear. The white paint on the zipper is peeling off. Although the cover is very beautiful, it is a kind of matte material that is easily scratched and smudged. It already has a few black scratches from rubbing against their rubber sole (pun intended). If you plan on being extra careful or it's not for an 11 year old then this could be for you. I would not recommend it for children.
