Adorable shoes but the insole came off the first time I wore it

We loved these shoes when they arrived last week and they felt so soft and comfortable. Unfortunately the first time my daughter wore them the insole came loose under her toes/ball of the foot and drove her crazy by curling under her foot. Needless to say, we're sending them back. They are too expensive to have such a problem the first time you wear them.
