These cleaning brushes and pads make cleaning fun. We have hard water and limescale and iron deposits everywhere we use the water, in the sink, in the shower, in the bathtub, in the dishwasher, even on the counter around the faucet and in the refrigerator. These brushes and pads can be used for many other purposes, but for me the biggest issue is assembling the devices, hence the reason I ordered this set. The collapsible bucket isn't really useful for me as I have mop buckets that I already use for cleaning, but for tidying up after use it can be useful to keep you away from water as it has a small hole. Cover for brushes and pads only. Usually the only thing that works with my hard water is soaking it in white vinegar. But it can attack things like the seals on my faucets etc. And although I don't mind the smell, my family does. These cleaning brushes and pads combined with the power of my Dewalt drill make removing debris so much easier! You can use with soap or detergent or just water. I mostly just use water unless I try to sanitize it too, like the sink for example. So far the brushes have held up well on the surfaces I've used them on. If you use them on a rough surface like concrete or mortar, they will wear out faster. Use the suggested color for suitable surfaces to avoid scratching the surfaces and ensure your brushes and pads last as long as possible. This is great value for money and while I don't think I'll need to order a replacement for long, I would definitely order this set again.
