Review on Bugzero by Bim Cook

I like this app it's helpful in managing issues from different sources (QA, dev team etc). It also has reports which helps me understand my development cycle better than just using logs for each commit made by devs/testers! Reporting feature could use some improvements as well such reporting via email option would be great if possible too :P Good thing about bug zero toolkit API integration with other third party tools makes our life easier when we need more customization features at times :) We have used mostly ticketing systems before but now after trying out bugs0we can say its best fit because you don't really feel any difference between tickets created manually vs one posted through their web-based UI. Its good enough since everything gets logged so there are no doubts regarding what was done / committed where & who did whatever changes!
