This is the best small fan I've bought from Revain. It is very powerful, which means that the performance of its fan is greater than that of fans twice its size. It has 3 speeds but I rarely have to use higher speeds because it's pretty efficient and quiet! I bought three for myself and more for other family members. If you suffer from occasional hot flashes, this is the fan for you. It's powered by an internal battery, so all you have to do is plug it into a USB port and it charges quickly. Also, it seems to hold a charge for quite a while. All the fans I've bought in the last (3?) years still work great. Great recommendation here!
