Review on LEEGEEL Handmade Sunglasses | Birthday Photography | Girls' Clothing and Dresses by Katrina Scott

I bought it thinking it would be a dress but it's not - it's just a shirt with some tulle underneath. My daughter is a very petite girl, she just turned 11, we ordered 10 and she would barely fit my niece who is 5. It doesn't cover anything below the waist. It has a bow on it, but the bow is not attached, it's just a ribbon that you send along. The fabric is of very poor quality including the tulle (very thin) and it will take years to iron the tulle to get it straight like the picture. I bought it after reading some good reviews but now I'm convinced it was the plants.
