Best Fits well, tends to slip due to the weight of the radio. The vest can be a little tricky to put on and take off as there is only one closure at the back. Basically I'm satisfied so far. Let me do my job and leave the walkie-talkies in place on more intense calls. I wish it had mic holes on the lapel to hold mics better. All in all a good product that could be improved for even more functionality!
