I bought this for a 12 year old child. A few weeks ago he was complaining that the left earpiece wasn't working all the time. Then it just fell apart a few days ago. Unfortunately he threw away the broken earbud before telling me about it so I can't return it now. Update: I contacted support (Saturday) via email right after posting this review. The company responded within an hour and after I asked to confirm my purchase they emailed me again that a replacement had been sent. Very impressed with customer service.
