I liked the integration between different systems. Its robust platform support multiple languages like swedish english french spanish etc. Highly recommend it for small medium enterprise who needs HR automation but dont need complex modules such as payroll leave tracking salary calculation benefits. It was very expensive compared with competitors. This could be due to fact that this is custom developed application rather than using off market product which would cost less or you may consider migrating your system to some other systems. We have improved our internal communication among people by automating their leaves booking process and keeping track of all types of information across departments. I like that it is very easy for me as my manager can see everything with this system so we are able get all our information about employees easily without any problems or issues from them selves! Nothing really dislike just have some minor stuff but nothing major either its great overall i would say try out first then you will understand what benefits there could be if u use ReXXHR.
