When I received the cable I ordered I thought the wire was too thin and decided this wasn't what I needed. Initially I gave this product a moderate review due to the gauge of the wire used. However, I was very impressed when Cables on Line actually called me to see if there was anything they could do to fix my problem. They were very helpful. Although I was not able to use the cable I would definitely order from this company again. It is difficult to find a reputable company these days.
