At first I couldn't get it to work, now it's amazing!
Almost all hair captured. I had the same problem that others were complaining about for a few months, when I turned on the faucet it floated away. Then I realized that if I push out the middle, it stays good. I think you just need to adapt it to the specific drain cap you have. My drain cap pops open in the middle, so popping the middle helped. Since I've been doing it, it's been fantastic. Once or twice a year I spray it with bleach cleanser and do a quick brush and the mold is gone. I am very happy with it.
