I received this product today. It is well packed. It has a white easy-to-remove cover and a nice, discreet black box so it's not obvious what you have in your drawer or cupboard. Inside is a beautiful personal black velvet pouch that is great for hiding. When it arrived it was already partially charged, so you can test it right out of the box. It lies well in the hand and is not bulky. It has about 7 settings. and it's pretty quiet so you don't have to worry about everyone hearing you (unless you want to). Let me tell you this is POWERFUL! I was so surprised. It literally took half the time it normally takes to "massage" certain areas! I literally looked like WOW! The only reason it didn't get five stars was because there's no sleep setting. It's either turned off or vibrates automatically. That's fine, but if you're not ready to vibrate it but want it, it can get a little annoying. But it was a great buy and it's at a good price! I am satisfied with this purchase in many ways!
