So I have dysautonomia (a condition where my autonomic system doesn't work properly) and I overheat very, very easily. I don't sleep well unless I wrap myself in blankets, which means I often wake up sweaty and hot. I was looking for bedding to help out and decided to finally take the plunge and buy this one. Yes, it's expensive, but it's worth every penny. I slept under it for almost 9 hours and woke up cool, comfortable and not sweaty at all. I can't recommend it highly enough. I will buy their sheets next time.
