I was concerned because it arrived in a crumpled box which was in a plastic bag. The only item that was at least somewhat protected was a lightbulb. Fortunately, everything worked and did not suffer. The instructions didn't match the lamp I bought, at least if they do, hmmm I didn't figure out how to do what they said so I hope it doesn't explode! I went online to find instructions there. The only issue I had was the small metal protrusions. I'm not 100% sure if I should bend them back over the shadow or not. He does not sit, even when they are lowered. Also, it's a bit sketchy when I have to press to dim for on, dim x3 and off. I have to click around the circle to find his Happy Touch Points. I haven't tried the USB ports or the outlet yet. Hope they work.
