I bought this as a light for my cat to play with so I can't say much about most of the features. That said, the light is strong enough to be visible in the daylight and it can be seen from a good distance away.It does need to be turned on and off manually, so it can drain the battery a bit if you forget to turn it off. I wish the indication light stayed on when in use so that it's easier to remember to turn it off.I also wish that you only had to click once to turn the laser on and off instead of having to hold the button down to activate it. After a while of holding down the button my fingers start to get tired. But since this was meant for presentations I guess it's understandable that it wouldn't want to have the laser constantly activated.It seems to have a good battery life and I like the little drawstring bag it came with to store it. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent laser that their cat can play with.
