Great Hair. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft the hair felt and overall great quality for the price. Customer service was also excellent. I bought 16,18,20 inch with 12 inch shutter. I ended up just using 18.20 and closure for my setup. I am satisfied and will order from this seller again. 08/26/16 I have the second installation with this hair. My stylist thought I bought new hair. I washed my hair, put conditioner on and let it air dry overnight and it was like new. The only thing I changed was the clasp because I wanted a longer one. I bought a 20" straight Brazilian clasp from the Ali Express website for $30 (pic #2 - second part). This hair has held up very well. You can also achieve a wet and wavy look by misting your hair with a mixture of water and conditioner and leaving it in four large braids overnight. (Photo #3 shows a wavy texture) I would definitely recommend this hair for its quality and durability.
