Lightbulbs suck. The replacement didn't come.
First of all, two replacement light bulbs were not included. I needed these replacement bulbs because the bulbs they sent are fully loaded with PsOS. Set up at the booth, they literally hit me on the scaffolding and smashed me. The worst part is trying to remove dead bulbs when this happens. The case is so tight you'll snap your fingers if you try it by hand. With that in mind, upgrading to snowflake bulbs would turn my rating to 5*.
