Sheer Shorts on my review.
I was really excited because the model made these culottes look so good. My waist line is 36" and my hips are 42".I ordered an XL. It fits my waist and hip perfectly. I was disappointed as it looked like sheer shorts not culottes. If you are looking for modest culottes, I do not recommend this one.
