Cuff is the same as in the photo. Came in a nice velvet pouch. a group of fairly good quality. received as a New Year's gift to a friend who just got a job as a phlebotomist :)

- The charm fell off on the first day. Luckily I found it and was able to put it back. Otherwise I really like this bracelet!
- I was so excited to receive it that it broke within the first few hours of receiving it. Very cute but not very good materials
