update 4/16 I finally got the credit that customer service promised me. I still wouldn't recommend this product but customer service finally got it right. Do not buy this fan, it worked fine but only lasted about a month before not being recharged. I tried with a new battery but it still didn't work. I actually posted a review talking about this a few weeks ago. After I submitted the review, I received an email from the company with an apology and an offer of credit if I removed my bad review. I was told the refund would be a Revain credit. I was happy with it and have deleted my original review. Several weeks went by and there was no funds in my account so I contacted the company. I received another apology and a promise that my funds would appear in my account within 24 hours. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I think it was too good to be true.
