This was my fourth lamp to be replaced on my Epson 3010e projector and when I first bought from this company this lamp was the easiest to fit (usually had to I'm struggling a little to get them The plug in is hard to see in the pictures but it's very close to the brightness of the original and just a little bit louder Overall a great lamp that I highly recommend
