Review on πŸͺ’ Efficient 15-count Gillette Mach3 Men's Razor Blade Refills for Sensitive Skin by Michelle Wilson

They don't seem to be that good anymore

I don't know what Gillette is doing but Mach 3 stinks these days. I try to keep some on me and use it as a travel razor but I can only seem to shave 3-4 times. The lube starts to dry and stretch within the first week and the blades don't shave as closely. I've been using Mach3 since about 2004. The price skyrocketed around 2010 and then I tried other brands and ended up shaving exclusively DE for a couple of years. I wanted to save some time in the mornings so in 2015 I tried the old Mach 3 again and although the blades have cost less I think the quality has gone down too. They had to cut somewhere to bring the price down again. I'm trying Schick xtreme3 with cartridges and pen paired with Clinique for a men's aloe shaving gel. It's been a damn good shave so far. I've also had good success trying a beach-sensitive single with some classic foam or barbasol. But one blade is enough for about 3 really clean shaves. Sometime after the 4th or 5th shave I notice that the single blade has become a little dull and may be pulling or just not shaving as thoroughly. The benefit of Bic singles is that you can just buy another one knowing it won't cost you $2 a cartridge. A pack of 12 is only $3.
