I got this for my Amazfit 5 band because I needed something more breathable than the silicone band it came with. My skin doesn't seem to like silicone on it for very long and the sensitivity I had was gone after just a few hours of wearing this cream. My wrist is 155mm so I fall right in the middle of the small size, the strap is snug but not too tight but if my wrist was just a few millimeters larger I would probably be more comfortable in a medium size . Reading the reviews I saw the advice to heat the device holder section with a hair dryer for 10-15 seconds to make insertion easier. I have done this and recommend this to anyone buying this for Amazfit Band 5.
