I have been using the eye make-up remover for years. The product must be shaken to mix it, as it separates due to its ingredients. For years it has been causing some redness around my eyes and about 90% of the time it has knocked off 1 or 2 of my eyelashes even if I was very careful and gentle when wiping my eyes. Once I started using Eminence Herbal Makeup Remover it was amazing! No shaking is required to mix the ingredients, in fact it has a very practical lid and a pump to wet the cotton. The other feeling when it doesn't even feel greasy around my eyes is much better and I've noticed that only 2 lashes have come off in the last 3-4 weeks. It takes time to grow lashes so I'm grateful I tried this product and I have a feeling I won't be going back to other products I've used any time soon (if ever). Perfectly removes eye make-up, including waterproof mascara. Highly recommended and I am very happy with this product.
