Instructions subject to change - better quality needed

Just following the printed instructions first and then watching the video from the manufacturers website got me upset as I have to fly tomorrow so I finally have it found out: After the first rotation (90 degrees), hold the strut and forcefully rotate it another 90 degrees without releasing, hold the pressure 180 degrees and set your combination without releasing (hold ), rotate it back 90 degrees (or until you can), then and only then lift the shackle and rotate it back an additional 90 degrees to the locked position. i'm happy again
