Highly recommend! I use this in the mornings on my face and neck with moisturizer and red light therapy. I have found that with strong but comfortable pressure and movements that follow the contours of the face and neck, you awaken the facial muscles and improve circulation. Also, if I find an uncomfortable pressure point and focus on the most appropriate part of the gua sha, I can alleviate the discomfort a bit. This is a great tool that requires no electricity and just depends on your effort and practice. It's smooth and comfortable with no sharp edges. Be careful not to drop it as it may break. It arrived very nicely packaged. I bought a couple as gifts for my mom's birthday.
