I recently transitioned from a field worker to an administrative position and am not used to the amount of blue light that comes from constantly looking at my monitors. These glasses have really reduced the strain on my eyes. The glasses were balanced, but I had to bend them on a hinge to fit my imbalanced face. It's also worth noting that the box they came in was of high quality and I use them to hold my regular glasses when I have contact lenses.
