Review on High5 Kids' Solid Cotton Legging for Girls - Trendy Clothing by Kelsey Brown

I bought this for my granddaughter who is a small size 2. It still fits most of her 18 month old clothes. I just measured her waist and she is 18". But the elastic on these pants was too small. I would send them back but I needed them for Halloween. So I cut off the gum. I thought I'd take it out, add some and put it back It's seeded all around though, I left enough room for her to wear them for a while, but I definitely wouldn't buy them again.
