This 5 star review is not so much about the product itself, although the price of this tuxedo is very sweet, it is about the customer service from Black n Bianco itself. I have this one Tuxedo ordered for my son in late May for a July 15th wedding. Received it with no problems, threw it in the closet and left it there until last Friday when I realized I couldn't even try it. it's on. (stupid) Of course it didn't fit. I immediately panicked because the wedding was still 7 days away and the bride was very anxious that he wear that special tuxedo to match other ring bearers. I looked up their website on Google, called the number provided and they were very understanding. As I live only 45 minutes from their house, they offered me to come directly to them and exchange it. I immediately agreed because I could go home with a new one the same day instead of worrying about shipping and getting it on time. When we got there they were very helpful and even let my son try on a few different sizes to make sure it would fit. I am so grateful to them for being so accommodating. Now my son will look perfect on his wedding day. I will definitely use your company again in the future.
