I installed a 27" 4K monitor in my kitchen and connected it to a cable box and a small PC, both of which are 4K compatible. The only thing missing was the sound. The options were very limited. I tried the Bose soundbar but it sounded muffled when listening to Spotify from my PC. It sounded a little better than $30 PC speakers. I then tried a fairly expensive pair of Vanatoo PC speakers and while they sounded reasonable in front of them 6ft back they sound like standard computer speakers. I settled on a $150 ultra-compact subwoofer and it didn't help at all. I was looking at a $500 setup and figured I could get the exact same thing from Logitech for $30. I gave everything back and decided to try katana. With the software available, the system sounds AMAZING! Computer films and music sound perfect. The equalizer included in the software makes a huge difference and the subwoofer delivers the perfect amount of bass for our kitchen. "Saving Private Ryan" sounded perfect this afternoon. I am 1000% satisfied with this soundbar.
