Pros: Mechanically strong and probably durable. Sealed except the wires were contained within the case. Appearance is no worse or better than the photo in the ad. Disadvantages: The seller states a power of 40 watts. No, it's not even close. Here are my measurements at 14 volts (typical stator power while riding): Hub + License Plate Lights = 0.7W Brake = 2.1W Left Turn 0.7W Right Turn 0.7W This might be good for a tail light bike. , but this will never meet DOT motorcycle specs.
