Tread lightly on surfaces.
Pretty easy to install and looks solid, but the wood grain patterned veneer on the top of each shelf breaks easily Mine was ripped open within 2 weeks of installation and revealed beneath the sticker-like paneling.I believe the coffee maker was moving about the shelf and its rubberized feet were enough to rip the glued-on wood pattern paneling.Very disappointed with the poor quality an inexpensive product.
