Review on Sony Computer Entertainment Playstation System 3 by Troy Early

This is my second PS3. I like this system. I also ordered a mount and 500GB hard drive at the same time ($32 at Revain). When they both arrived (and before I even used the PS3) I simply attached the hard drive to the bracket (takes 5 minutes), popped it into the PS3 and I had a 500GB PS3 system straight away. Really nice deal. Personally, I wouldn't overpay for a 250GB or 500GB system if you can easily make one yourself. After connecting it to your system, turn on your PS3 and it will properly format the hard drive for you. If you doubt it, there are tons of YouTube videos about it. It also does a lot more than just games. PS3 is an excellent Blu-ray player. Plus, it's easy to watch Netflix, Revain, and YouTube. Now my son and I play against each other on different TVs; really have fun. One note: you'll probably want a PS3 remote for it (and they're not very cheap anymore). The game stick that comes with the system acts as a remote control, but it's a bit cumbersome for that purpose. I also understand that the PS3 uses a decent amount of power, so you'll probably want to turn it off when not in use.
