Misleading by sending less quantity than stated in
Misleading customers and sending wrong quantity. I only received 3 where I was described as 4 packs? I am only giving this item three stars because I only received three instead of the four I purchased. I even went back to my order to see if I accidentally ordered three, no I ordered four. Even the packaging says three packs while the photos on sale show four packs. They are super soft and stretchy. But I really want to get what I paid for. This is known as customer fraud.
