Much better than a foam roller!
Much easier to use than a foam roller. You have more control over the pressure so you don't feel as much pain as you would with a foam roller. A foam roller allows you to work muscles that cannot be pumped. It really helps to relax tight muscles. While I think it was worth every penny for what it does for me, I removed one star because it seems a little pricey for what it is.
