I like that it's easy for me to log in from anywhere as long as my computer has an internet connection (which is usually always). It also makes creating new accounts very simple which helps when there are many people working under one account at once. The interface can be confusing if you're not used to using software with such advanced features. However, this was something we had no control over so we could only work around its flaws by being more familiar with how things worked. We were able to solve our problems quickly because everything works well together.
