I regularly take sea salt baths for grounding and psychic protection. In fact, I just pour the sea salt from the supermarket into the bathtub and feel like a new person. And I've used Whole Foods Dead Sea Salt many times, albeit a processed and fine salt. But it should be so full of unrefined vitamins, right? I threw the salt into the essential oil bath and left. Imagine my surprise when I saw gravel, slime, and dirt floating around my body. I berated myself. The tub was dirty afterwards too - I was concerned about cobblestones clogging my drains and it's not that relaxing to diligently clean it afterwards. no improvement in the skin's appearance - persistent discomfort - no vigorous cleansing. Dirt aside, I decided to repeat this experiment with good old supermarket sea salt. What do you know? I came out energized as before, except for a big bag of dirt!
