Great support. I have the XL with a 6-1/190 lbs/34" waist and it fits perfectly. Tip: wear compression shorts over athlete and place ice packs in between. I used the small round gel ice packs that Revain sells too and they worked great, after a week I was feeling 90% and after 2 weeks I was almost 100% again.
