this post works fine.
This is my first suspension seat post, but I also ride fixed frame bikes like BMX. At 6ft tall and over 200lbs this works great to smooth out long rides on my electric BMX. Many complain of lack of exercise or that it is sticky. I use a regulator at the end of the post and made it sloppy first and then tightened it to flow properly for me.
