Okay this probably won't be the most helpful review as I've used it differently. I had another one that my toddler stole from me (😅)... he started using it as a "test tube" in the bath. He did little experiments in it, watered it, kept some of his little toys in it, etc. Unfortunately, this one fell off too many times and ended up breaking. Decided to try this. It works the same for him BUT it leaks through the floor. Obviously it's not designed to hold water. Perfect as a hair band or hair clip. Whenever he fills it up with water and adds his colored pills and bath bombs, water flows EVERYWHERE. The base just doesn't stick well to the tubular part. I think as long as you don't fill it with water like a vase, you'll be fine. 🤣
