The guys were very professional and quick to respond when I needed them. They made me feel comfortable with my new setup of internet access via modem/router and wireless connection from the same box. So far everything works as expected and when we have issues they're here quickly to resolve things. We've done an upgrade of our router to a newer version and had several issues - all resolved within a couple days. I have been working with them since they started up about two years ago now so it has only gotten better! They're friendly people to work around who always try hard when solving any issue we might be facing as clients of theirs- very professional staff overall!! Nothing really at this point but all issues were resolved quickly without much hassle from our side once identified/solved.- Networking setup - Installation & configuration / troubleshooting -- Server Maintenance-- Security Management.
