Review on Remington Smooth Rechargeable Epilator EP7030E by Rachel Brown

I had the same problem with the products others mention: suddenly the tweezers head doesn't fit in the rotating part and it doesn't work. The funny thing is that the rotating part actually rotates when the head is not turned on. It's like adjusting or leveling, but the product doesn't work either way. I am contacting the seller to see if I can claim the warranty. Also, I had to go from a normal head to a sensitive scalp and either way it will be painful and irritating, to the point of bleeding in the bikini area. I'm not new to electric epilators, I've been using them my whole adult life! Not the fastest epilator on the other hand I'd say every hair is caught and the results last longer. In any case, I do not recommend this product.
