Great value headphones. The sound quality is ok, not outstanding. They work for what I need, people hear me perfectly on calls. They block quite a bit of noise, but not all. They don't stay all the way in my ear (I find myself adjusting them from time to time), but they don't fall out either. Again, I never train with them. The concept of over-ear headphones is not as annoying as feared. This requires some adjustment. The shape of the liner itself is what I was looking for - for me it's more comfortable than a direct design. The only thing I don't like about them is that the cable is very thin and fragile. They will probably only last a year before needing replacement, which is fine for what I paid.
