Not suitable for applying tonic
I bought these pads instead of disposable cotton pads that I use to apply tonic twice a day after cleansing. The reusable pads are of good quality, but the toner was completely absorbed so nothing got on the face. They're also a little tricky to handle as they constantly want to tip over when in use.
