I wouldn't call it a cape
This is a straight piece of chiffon cut from a roll of fabric. Calling it a wrapper is a bit of a stretch. It's so thin I don't get warm at all if that's your goal. It's very transparent because it's just one piece of chiffon. I will return mine.
