Based on the size chart I would fit (5'4", 140 lbs, donut boy shape) medium to small. I have the medium Chose based on reviews and it's a little big in the shoulders and a little small when the last button is pressed, however I find the fit is good and if I hadn't specifically looked for a flannel that zips up , the small size would fit too.My girlfriend (5'10", 140lbs, goddess form) won't stop stealing it but she looks amazing in it so I'm not complaining. I've washed it twice and it's still soft. General? Perfect. Recommended, I would buy again.
