I thought the description made many unrealistic claims given the general price of similarly priced key sets. I was expecting something cheap but acceptable, basically just looking for a set of Cyrillic legend caps to teach typing while learning Russian, but was pleasantly impressed with what I got. As others have said there may be some rough plastic bits on the underside but I've noticed that a few might have them and not much and not even bad enough to mess up if you don't bother, to scrape them off. . fingernail or something. The colors look beautiful. I didn't really pick it on purpose as it was the best set I could find with Russian Legends where everything else was way more than I wanted to spend but I don't mind the color. It's unique, and I appreciate it, and subtle enough not to offend someone who might be more picky. They definitely sound different than thinner keycaps and I was really surprised at how thick they were when I first got them, like something from a terminal keyboard from the 70's or so. They almost muffle the keyboard's metallic noise, so this is preferable.
