This backpack promised to be a great hydration solution for my running needs, but it fell short in several ways. The pros are that it is lightweight and has a good amount of storage space. However, the cons outweigh these benefits. The bladder is difficult to fill and leaks consistently, creating a mess and a headache on every run. The straps are also uncomfortable and rub against my skin. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better sports and outdoors hydration option.
